A pickleball net is not defined by its width but by its length and height. The length of a regulation pickleball net is 22 feet (6.7 meters) long, stretching across the width of the court from sideline to sideline.
As for height, a pickleball net should be 36 inches (91.44 cm) high at the sidelines and 34 inches (86.36 cm) high at the center of the net. This slight dip in the middle ensures the net is taut and properly hung during play.
